Delbar Inman Park offers several options for gatherings of different sizes, from intimate private dinners to larger celebrations and full restaurant buyouts. Whether you're planning a birthday, corporate dinner, rehearsal dinner, or another special occasion, our events team will help you find the space and dining experience that best fits your group.
Our Event Spaces
Private Dining Room | Up to 18 Guests
Our Private Dining Room accommodates up to 18 guests and offers an intimate setting separated from the energy of the main dining room.
The space is enclosed by curtains, creating a comfortable and more private experience while still maintaining the warmth and atmosphere of Delbar.
A preset family-style menu is required for private dining events. Food and beverage minimums vary based on the date, day of the week, time, and length of the event.
Sunroom | Up to 30 Guests
Our Sunroom accommodates up to 30 guests and is surrounded by glass windows, creating a bright and inviting setting for private dinners and celebrations.
The Sunroom is available for contracted private events and requires a preset family-style menu and applicable food and beverage minimum.
New Sunroom + Upper Dining Area | Up to 60 Guests
For larger gatherings, our Sunroom can be combined with the adjoining Upper Dining Area to accommodate up to 60 guests.
This configuration includes the glass-enclosed Sunroom along with the semi-private dining area directly in front of it, providing additional room for guests while keeping the group together within one section of the restaurant.
A preset family-style menu and food and beverage minimum are required.
New Sunroom
We have recently added a second Sunroom, giving Delbar Inman Park even more flexibility for future private events.
The New Sunroom is not currently available for private bookings while we complete the installation of curtains that will create the separation needed for private events. Once completed, additional booking options and capacities will be available.
Full Restaurant Buyouts
For larger celebrations or guests looking for complete privacy, full restaurant buyouts are available.
Buyouts provide exclusive use of Delbar Inman Park and can be customized based on the size and style of your event. Availability and food and beverage minimums vary based on the date, day of the week, time, and length of the event.
Standard Reservations & Large Parties
- Groups of 9 or fewer: Reservations can be made directly through Resy or by calling the restaurant.
- Groups of 10 or more: Availability depends on the day of the week, time, and party size. A preset family-style menu and food and beverage minimum may be required.
- Contracted large-party and private dining reservations should be made in advance whenever possible.
- Due to restaurant capacity and demand, options for large parties may be more limited during peak weekend service.
Food & Beverage Minimums
Private events and contracted large parties are subject to a revenue-based food and beverage minimum determined by the event space, date, time, and duration.
All food and beverage purchases count toward the minimum. If the minimum is not met through food and beverage purchases, the remaining balance will be charged as a room fee.
A 25% service fee and applicable taxes are added to the final bill.
Menus
Private events and contracted large parties are served through our preset family-style menus, designed to give guests the opportunity to experience a variety of Delbar favorites together.
Menu selections may be customized based on your group's preferences and needs, with pricing adjusted accordingly. Special requests can be accomdoated for full buyouts or catering for 100+ guests.
Deposits & Booking
To secure a contracted private event, we require:
- A 50% deposit
- Signed approval of the event proposal
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reservation. Your event is considered confirmed once the required deposit and signed proposal have been received.
Reservation & Event Booking Timeline
Standard reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance, while private events and contracted large-party reservations may be booked further in advance.
Weekend event availability is especially limited, and many desirable dates and times book several weeks in advance. We recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible.
