Delbar embodies a journey of passion and perseverance. Hailing from Iran, Chef Fares Kargar's culinary journey began at a young age, cooking for his family before embarking on a path to the United States as a refugee. Arriving in Atlanta in 2007, he embraced various jobs until stumbling upon an opportunity in the restaurant industry. Despite familial expectations, Kargar found his calling in hospitality, recognizing his innate talent and love for the craft. Delbar's essence reflects Kargar's dedication to his roots and his commitment to delivering authentic Middle Eastern flavors with a touch of modernity, creating an unforgettable dining experience for all.
