At Delbar Buckhead, we offer a vibrant and welcoming space for unforgettable gatherings. Whether you're planning an intimate dinner, a corporate event, or a full restaurant buyout, our team is dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable experience for you and your guests.

How Our Event Bookings Work

Standard Reservations & Group Dining

• Groups of 9 or Fewer: Reservations can be booked directly through Resy.com or by calling the restaurant.
• Larger Parties (10+ Guests): A set menu and a food & beverage minimum are required. Minimums vary depending on the type of reservation, day of the week, and time of day. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance (weekdays only). If you're inquiring closer to the event date, please call the restaurant directly for availability.
• Weekend Reservations: Due to limited availability for tables that can be joined together, the maximum group size we can book on weekends is 10 guests for standard large party reservations.

Private & Semi-Private Event Spaces

• Private Room: Accommodates up to 14 guests for an exclusive dining experience.
• The Mezzanine (Semi-Private Room): Accommodates up to 30 guests for a more intimate setting with some privacy.
• Larger Groups (30+ Guests): Requires a semi-private or private booking of a larger space, with varying food & beverage minimums based on the event details.
• Full Buyouts: For groups of 90+ guests, a full restaurant buyout is required. Please note that we do not offer partial buyouts for primetime events.

Weekend Event Bookings

• Weekend events require at least 4 days' notice, though most weekend time slots book out at least 3 weeks in advance. If you're planning a weekend event, we recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Booking Timeline

• Standard large group reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
• Private events and contracted large party reservations may be booked further in advance.
